We've been busy.

We have been a little busy recently. Leslie has found a new job as a Bilingual Loan Officer. She is going to have a straight schedule now so she always has the weekends off. She is pretty excited about it. I just got a job as a nurse tech in the ICU at Mercy hospital here in Oklahoma City. I haven't started yet but will during spring break. I'm so excited about it. The schedule is a little rough though. Its two 12 hour shifts per week. But the catch is that its from 7pm -7am. So, I'll probably be doing it on the weekend when Leslie has off, which is not cool.

Anyways, I have just finished my Pediatrics class in nursing school. I'll start my OB class this Friday. So school is already about half way over this semester. Also, I was recently interviewed for the Extern program at Mercy. That'll be in the summer for 2 months and I'll transfer from the ICU tech position to the extern after Memorial Day. So thats going to give me some really good experience.

Yesterday, we bought the Abrocket. We saw it advertised on TV but we were skeptical. So we went to Academy Sports and saw it there, tried it out and loved it. We went ahead and bought it and this morning, Leslie's and my abs are both burning. Its so easy though because you just sit down in it and watch TV. haha
